Every useful workflow needs a clear boundary. We agree what the agent can do, what it can see, what it must show, and when it stops for a human decision. The approval is not a formality.
Defined purpose
An illustrative workflow control record names the piece of work, useful output and stopping point in plain language.
Approved source register
The source material, owner, access boundary and freshness requirement are named before the workflow relies on them.
Human review gate
A named person checks the evidence, exceptions and proposed output before a consequential action.
Decision record
The reviewer can see what the workflow prepared, what changed and who approved the next step. This is an illustrative delivery artefact, not a client case study.
Frequently asked questions
What does human directed mean in practice?
It means the agent does the legwork (gathering context, researching, drafting) and then stops. A named human reviews the output, makes any corrections, and approves it before it is published, sent, or actioned.
Who approves the work before anything consequential happens?
You do. We identify the decision owner during the workflow setup. The agent routes its draft or recommendation to that person's existing workspace for explicit approval.
How do you decide what information an agent can access?
We agree on strict boundaries before deployment. An agent only accesses the specific folders, SharePoint sites, or data sources required for its single workflow, mapped to your existing identity and access rules.
Can Noodle work in a Microsoft 365 environment?
Yes. Noodle is designed for teams working in Microsoft environments. The relevant Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra, Purview, logging, and access requirements are agreed for each workflow before a technical approach is confirmed.
What is the difference between a prototype and a private deployment?
A prototype proves the agent works on sample data in a contained space. A private deployment integrates that proven agent into your actual environment, subject to your security and governance policies.
Who owns the workflow, output, source material, and access credentials?
Ownership, access, and responsibilities are agreed explicitly before work begins. Your source material and credentials remain under your control, while the engagement terms document ownership of workflow assets and final outputs.
How do you test a workflow before it is used more widely?
We start with a controlled prototype using sample context. Only once the output quality and approval gates are verified by the human owner do we proceed to a private deployment.
What does Noodle not do?
We do not sell universal autonomous systems, bypass human approval gates, or sell your data. We do not provide open ended transformation consulting.
What do you need from us to begin?
We need you to identify one piece of valuable work that is taking longer than it should, the sources required to do it, and the person responsible for approving it.
Who is Noodle Agents for?
Noodle Agents is for ambitious UK teams with valuable work that is repeated, slowed by scattered context, and still needs a named person to make the final decision. It is especially relevant to teams working in Microsoft environments.
Which Noodle Agents service should we choose?
Choose the First Workflow Assessment when you already know which piece of work is causing friction. Choose the AI Opportunity Workshop when the opportunity is clear but the best first workflow is not. Discovery confirms the most sensible route before any larger commitment.
Is Noodle a Microsoft product or certified Microsoft partner?
No. Noodle Agents is an independent company and Noodle is our friendly name for a human directed AI agent. We do not claim Microsoft partnership, certification, or endorsement.
Can we begin remotely?
Yes. Noodle Agents serves UK teams and an initial assessment or workshop can begin remotely. Any later working arrangement is agreed around the workflow, people, systems, and access requirements.
Can you guarantee a particular outcome, recommendation, or ranking?
No. We build reliable, source backed workflows. We do not promise autonomous operation, guaranteed accuracy, error free outputs, or specific revenue targets.
